Responsibilities:
Develop accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve or exceed booking, revenue, and profitability targets for the Business Unit’s operations in Singapore.
Identify and engage potential customers, assess their requirements, and devise competitive strategies to secure profitable business opportunities.
Manage key accounts effectively while fostering strong relationships with both external clients and internal sales and service teams.
Work closely with the Inside Sales team to provide technical support and prepare compelling proposals, ensuring smooth order processing, project execution, and post-sales service in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
Lead collaboration with internal sales teams and involve Product Sales Specialists to enhance value propositions and customer engagement.
Understand customer requirements to identify and capitalize on additional business opportunities across the full range of products and service offerings.
Demonstrate a proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on hunting and developing new customers and markets.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, business
At least 5 years of experience in sales, with customer based in Chemical/Petrochemical/Jurong Island customers.
