Main Responsibilities

You’ll lead work that powers the day-to-day technologies behind modern life, from mobility and connectivity to smart systems and sustainable design. As a Technology Development Device Testing Engineer (Senior/Staff) in our team, you will:



Job Responsibility

• E-test (WAT) program (including algorithm) set up, debug and characterization.

• Device bench testing (DC/RF/reliability) and characterization.

• Assist manager to manage device lab.

• Guide AE to carry on routine testing activity

• Liaise with vendor to maintain testing equipment

Capability

• Hands on RFSOI, Power device bench test is preferred.

• Good communication and team work skill.

• Self-motived and avid learner.

Qualification

• Bachelor or Master in physics, EE.

• Experience in semiconductor device testing /Characterization /test program writing in any Fab and/or design company.

• Person also need to have good inter personal skills to deal with cross functional teams.
