Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

• Share the brand’s story and craftsmanship through engaging storytelling

• Assist customers in selecting fine jewellery pieces and provide after-sales support

• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through upselling and clienteling

• Maintain impeccable store presentation and merchandising standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year luxury retail experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable, customer-focused, and passionate about storytelling

• Able to work retail hours
