Job Summary:

• Salary range: $2500 - $3500

• Working hours: 5.25 days work week (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm)(Alternate Saturday, 9am - 12.30pm)

Job Description

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless access points, and structured cabling systems.

• Perform network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues in LAN/WAN environments.

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of firewalls, IP cameras, servers, and network security devices.

• Conduct network performance testing and ensure optimal uptime and reliability for users.

• Support network upgrades and system migrations in coordination with project engineers and vendors.

• Perform preventive maintenance and documentation of network topology, equipment inventory, and configurations.

• Provide technical support for end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

• Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and maintain confidentiality of system data.

• Assist in project implementation, site surveys, and testing for network-related installations.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.

Requirement:

• Nitec & above - Computer Science, Cyber Security or equivalent.

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, troubleshooting, and network management, IT Hardening

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for network design and planning

• Basic programming skills (preferably in languages like Python, Java, or C++)

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license (an advantage)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
