Project Manager - Electrical
5.5 days (Mon-Fri, Sat Half day)
Location: Sembawang
Basic Salary: $6000 - $8000

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Lead and supervise engineers, contractors, and technicians to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

• Oversee the design and installation of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and conduits.

• Manage electrical engineering works across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

• Coordinate with other M&E trades (air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, sanitary) to ensure seamless system integration.

• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, and quality control during electrical installation works.

• Ensure compliance with BCA, OEHS, and other regulatory standards, including inspections and project handovers.

• Serve as the main client liaison, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining complete project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Knowledge in residential & commercial building electrical installation works.

• Familiar with AutoCAD / Revit
