Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre and post-contract QS services

• Quantity take-off & cost estimation

• Able to understand tender requirements, prepare and submit tenders as per requirements

• Assists in the preparation of tenders submission and pre-tender pricing verification

• Sourcing of new vendors, a compilation of quotations & comparisons of quotes. Reviews of prices, selection of competitive prices, and summarizing subcontracts, material, and equipment. Evaluation and certification of contractors’ claims.

• Other ad-hoc reports and analyses.

Requirement:

• Cert, Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline

• 1-3 years of working experience in quantity surveying and estimation process of building construction

Minimum 1 year and above of working experiences as QS in any type of Construction Industry
