Responsibilities:
To coordinate the daily operations of the clinic (front counter services, administrative, and operational matters).Â
Assist the Operation Team/ Cluster Manager in the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for all operational areas of the clinic.
Oversee and supervise the training and development of clinic staff members.
Plan and coordinate the daily work assignments and operations.
Manage a group of patient service associates.
Coordinate daily administrative matters, including the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables.
Work in partnership with clinic staff members to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and services.
Work closely with Clinic Staff, Head Office Operational Support, and other stakeholders.
Responsible for ensuring that clinic staff receive appropriate induction, orientation, and training so that they possess the appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs.
Responsible for communication between staff and head office. The coordinator should ensure the timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues, recommendations, and implementation of solutions to problems.
Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointments, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection, and administrative duties relating to patients.
Involve in administrative functions relating to work areas such as stationery/drug/consumable ordering/stock-taking.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent
Good interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer-service mindset
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
Able to commit 5.5 workdays.
