• Working Location : Based in China

Responsibilities:

• Installation and Commissioning: Install, relocate, and commission automation equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, analyze and track issues.

• Performance Optimization: Optimize equipment movement, improve performance, implement enhancements, and perform regular maintenance.

• Basic PLC and HMI Skills: Possess basic PLC programming skills and experience with HMI design.

• Hardware Adjustment: Experience with hardware debugging and parameter settings for robotic arms, feeders, dispensing systems, and vision systems.

• Documentation and Training: Write equipment specifications and related documents, and conduct personnel training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation / Electrical Automation / Other related majors

• Capable of supporting equipment assembly tasks and refining process standards.

• Equip with foundational skills in modifying PLC programs for Mitsubishi, Omron, and Inovance systems.

• Basic experience in modifying HMI programs would be advantageous

• Knowledge in the operation and parameter adjustment of automated mechanical, electrical, robotic, and vision systems would be preferrable.
