Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance Department with managing accounts payables, ensuring timely receipt and processing of supplier invoices.

• Oversee the review of staff expense claims and manage withholding tax, including preparation of quarterly schedules.

• Handle daily cash collection and reconciliation, ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions.

Requirements:

• Possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level

• Candidate with accounting-related certifications has added advantage. 

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in cash handling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with finance ERP applications (e.g., SAP or Workday) is advantageous.

• Competent, eager to learn, and demonstrate strong diligence with figures.
