As a Senior Staff Nurse (O&G Clinic), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Patient Registration & Appointment Scheduling – Manage front desk duties, including answering calls and handling enquiries.

• Doctor Support – Coordinate doctor queues, assist with procedures and surgeries, and respond to doctors' requests.

• Medication Management – Dispense prescribed medications and handle ordering and inventory of pharmacy supplies.

• Pre- and Post-Surgery Support – Prepare and counsel patients before and after surgical procedures.

• Customer Experience – Improve patient satisfaction through membership programs and retention strategies.

• Administrative Support – Manage emails, scan documents, prepare reports, and handle general paperwork.

• Insurance Coordination – Handle insurance claims, pre-approvals, follow-ups, and liaise with finance on payments.

• Lab & Report Management – Trace and file lab test results, and update lab-related cost data.

• Equipment & IT Maintenance – Ensure clinic equipment, systems, and computers are functioning properly.

• Staff & Workflow Management – Assist in hiring/training, staff scheduling, and continuous workflow improvement.

Requirements:

• At least Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

• Possess abortion counselling certificate will be an advantage.
