As a Head, Facility Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Drive the transformation of facilities management practices by embedding a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across all sites.

• Oversee daily facilities operations across residential homes and day care centres, ensuring safety, efficiency, and seamless continuity of care.

• Manage the full lifecycle of medical, rehabilitation, and mobility equipment, maintaining high standards of functionality, safety, and suitability for care needs.

• Establish and maintain a robust vendor management framework that balances cost-effectiveness with service quality and responsiveness.

• Enhance collaboration between centers through integrated infrastructure planning and shared problem-solving initiatives.

• Lead infrastructure planning and readiness for new centre openings or facility upgrades, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and future readiness.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the facilities management team, promoting agility, accountability, and inter-centre support.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards (BCA, SCDF, MOH) while proactively managing safety, risk, and operational governance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in facilities or infrastructure management, preferably in multi-site or healthcare settings.
