As a Psychologist (Clinical), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and observations to understand clients’ needs and functioning.

• Develop individualized formulations and intervention plans based on evidence-based approaches.

• Deliver therapy and psychological interventions to support clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioural well-being.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate client care.

• Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and caregivers to enhance coping and self-management.

• Participate in case discussions, reviews, and care planning meetings as required.

• Offer consultation and support to internal staff and external partners on psychological and behavioural matters.

• Engage in clinical supervision, professional development, and reflective practice to maintain competence.

• Contribute to quality improvement, research, and evaluation initiatives to enhance service effectiveness.

• Adhere to professional, ethical, and organizational standards in all aspects of clinical practice.

Requirements:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology or Education Psychology from a recognized university.

• Registered or eligible for registration, license or practicing certificate with an established or recognized psychological professional body such as SRP, APA, APS or BPS.

• Relevant clinical and supervision experience
