About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Trade Marketing Manager to support brand growth and sales through creative trade marketing initiatives, new product launches, and engaging campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to apply analytical skills, manage projects, and guide team to achieve results across multiple channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute full-year annual trade marketing plans aligned with company, channel, and brand objectives.

  • Formulate channel and category strategies to drive distribution, visibility, and sales growth.

  • Plan new product launch from start to end and existing product development.

  • Collect data and analyse market trends, competition, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

  • Plan and monitor budgets and ensure trade spend aligns with business objectives and ROI targets.

  • Identify sales, listing & distribution opportunities using 4P data.

 

2. Execution & Campaign Management

  • Plan and implement trade promotions, campaigns, POS materials, and sampling programs.

  • Work with internal and external parties for timely execution of activities.

  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions, recommending improvements.

  • Conduct product training for sales teams.

  • Develop Channel specific 4P guidelines.

 

3. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead team to achieve Company’s goal and nurture team members to reach their full potential

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and relevant partners for seamless campaign execution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors, conducting business reviews, trade negotiations, and joint business planning.

  • Partner with the Sales Manager to conduct key account reviews.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of trade marketing experience in the FMCG industry.

  • Strong analytical, sales planning, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop team members.
