Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Admin Assistant to join our Quality team. This role is key in performing final quality checks on outgoing goods, ensuring that only fully compliant products are approved for shipment. The position also involves preparing shipment reports and assisting engineers with daily QA tasks, contributing to product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile shipment reports

• Perform out-of-box quality checks on finished products

• Assist Engineers with daily QA routine tasks

• Compile shipment judgment data for analysis and reporting

• Support Engineers with various data compilation requests as needed.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department head or supervisor.

Skills and Competencies Profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
