Assistant Accountant (Retail Sector) (Up to $4,500) #BTS - #1121062

Responsibilities

• Update Billing, Reconciliation, Collections/Contra and Outstanding Status

• Do analysis of Billing & Latest Collections Status by Category for Management

• Handle monthly Sales Statement reporting

• Involve in Sales Audit Preparation

• Assist with POS Sales Posting to System

• Handle Cash, Credit Cards and eWallets Collections & Reconciliation

• Liaise with Local & Foreign Currency Cash Collection Agents

• Assist with Billing & Rebilling of Non-Retail Income, Rebates, Compensation etc

• Create Slip for Billing & Rebilling in System

• Follow up on AR collections with Vendors

• Involve in Refund Processing & follow-up with Bank / Payment Platforms

• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AR / AP / GL, Accounting functions

• Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines

• Experience in the Retail industry
