Responsibilities:
Handle full set account include (GL/AP/AR)
Handle daily AP & AR transaction.
Assist to prepare management report.
Prepare Work-in-progress and cash flow management for each project
Review daily transaction to ensure the cost are taken in correctly.
Assist bank account ad-hoc task (Open, Close, Changing mandate).
Assist to handle SEA BU External & Internal Audit’s requirement & schedule.
Assist to handle Singapore Tax preparation & submission
Assist to prepare and analysis SEA BU Budget vs Actual every month.
Assist in SOX requirement
Fixed Asset tagging.
Assist to control the budget for each project.
Work closely with PM to ensure all the cost are taken up correctly every month.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business (Finance), Accounting or equivalent.
At least 3 years related working experiences.
Proficiency within the MS Office suite.
