Job Responsibilities:
Handle course registration, scheduling, and payment matters efficiently and accurately.
Provide clear and professional information about school programs, schedules, and promotions.
Support the coordination of classes, teachers’ schedules, and classroom arrangements.
Maintain and update student records and attendance in the system.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and other administrative duties.
Follow up with students and parents for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth class delivery.
Handle ad-hoc duties and school events when required (e.g. open houses, workshops, parent-teacher meetings).
Job Requirement:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in customer service, education, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer-based systems.
Pleasant personality with a positive and professional attitude.
Working hours:
Wed-Fri rotating shift : 1.30pm-9.30pm, 1pm-9pm or 2.30pm-8.30pm
