Job Details

• 5 days (Including Weekends)

• Salary up to $5000

• Location: Changi Airport

• 3 shifts (based on roster)
  - 6:50 am - 4:35 pm
  - 10:00 am - 7:45 pm
  - 1:15 pm – 11:00 pm

Jobscope

• Lead and manage 30–50 staff in daily store operations across terminals, ensuring sales, service, security, and SOP compliance.

• Conduct daily store visits and audits to drive operational efficiency and improvements.

• Develop, update, and enforce SOPs through regular internal audits and best practice adoption.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with effective service recovery.

• Plan, implement, and conduct staff training, onboarding, and competency assessments.

• Manage staff rosters, leave administration, and overall resource optimization.

• Oversee daily sales reconciliation, reporting, and conduct spot checks on cash handling.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, airport partners, and support management directives.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in airport terminal operations will be advantageous.

• Able to work on Shift Duty.
