Senior Executive, Accounts Full sets/ Consolidation - Construction/ Engineering - #1121004

Job Description:

• Manage the full set of accounts, including consolidation of group accounts.

• Leading Accounts Assistants to enhance team performance.

• Prepare and review month-end and year-end closing activities, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and audit schedules.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and compilation reports.

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports, including GST Form 5.

• Prepare journal entries such as depreciation, accrued retention, revenue recognition, cost of sales, and attributable profit using the output method.

• Review tax invoices, petty cash claims, payment vouchers, subcontractor payments, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly revenue reports and ensure data accuracy.

• Serve as the System Administrator for the CCS system.

• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, bankers, corporate secretaries, tax agents, customers, and suppliers.

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning and management.

• Handle tax-related matters, including preparation of ECI submissions and review of tax computations prepared by tax agents.

• Assist in corporate secretarial matters and ensure statutory compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above

• Experience in handling full sets accounting is a MUST

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant accounting experience with supervising experience

• A proactive team player who works independently and communicates effectively.
