Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and detail accurate BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, or similar software

• Ensure models comply with project standards

• Prepare documentation for authority submissions and construction

• Produce realistic 3D models of building interiors and exteriors

• Incorporate pre-construction data: materials, quantities, schedules, costs

• Build and maintain BIM libraries and components

• Support team members on modeling and coordination

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, MEP, or related fields

• At least 1 year of experience in Singapore construction or project execution

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

• Strong technical, planning, and drafting skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
