Industry Sales Manager (Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceuticals) - #1120982

We are seeking an Industry Sales Manager to lead our Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceuticals commercial efforts across Singapore, South Korea and Japan. This is a customer-facing role responsible for driving revenue growth in capital equipment and integrated system solutions, developing key accounts, and executing regional go-to-market plans aligned with global objectives. The role requires deep understanding of Pharma/Nutra production processes, long-cycle deal management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compliant, value-driven solutions. The position reports to Commercial Director APAC with functional reporting to the Global Commercial Director, Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceuticals, and operates within the Coperion Health & Nutrition organization.

Work You’ll Do:

• Explore and identify new sales opportunities and leads across the APAC region (Singapore, South Korea, Japan, China).

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct interactions and other primary communication channels.

• Provide tailored capital equipment manufacturing services or solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Develop and implement business and sales strategies across the APAC region to expand the client base, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Prepare and deliver sales bids, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, engineering, or other related fields.

• Having 5-10 years of work experience as an Industry Sales Manager in an international environment, focusing on capital equipment manufacturing solutions.

• Fluently in English, both writing and speaking.

• Able to travel across countries in the APAC region to explore markets and strengthen the client relationship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience as Industry Sales Manager from pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals manufacturing industry is an advantage.

• Strong Understanding of the sales and business landscape in pharmaceuticals industry with in-depth market insights.

• Experience in pitching business opportunities across countries is an advantage.
