As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Handle and escalate patient feedback to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
Perform accurate patient registration and screening, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Ensure timely billing and same-day collection of payments.
Maintain clinic readiness, including cleanliness and proper functioning of self-service kiosks and waiting areas.
Ensure the clinic is fully prepared to receive the first patient 15 minutes before scheduled start.
Support appointment coordination for both new and follow-up visits.
Assist clinicians and therapists to facilitate smooth and efficient consultations.
Monitor patient wait times and keep them informed proactively.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office and basic IT tools.
Strong team player
Able to multitask
