We are assisting a reputable organization in the aviation industry to recruit a Curriculum Design Manager on a 2-year contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end learning design and development initiatives using the DDDLP framework and drive impactful learning transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning programs aligned with organizational needs using DDDLP methodology.

• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and solutions.

• Manage the full learning lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

• Oversee digital and blended learning projects to ensure quality and learner engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance learning delivery and experience.

• Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve training interventions.

Requirements

• Degree in Learning & Development, Education, HR, or related discipline.

• WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP), or the prior WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) is a MUST

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), or the prior WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is a MUST

• Proven experience with DDDLP framework and learning solution design.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in learning design or instructional design roles.

• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

• Passionate about driving learning innovation and digital learning transformation.
