Contract Role (Renewable)

Salary range: $3500 - $5500 + Performance Bonus

Working location: Ang Mo Kio + Client sites

Working days and time: Mon – Fri (8:30am-6pm)

Job Descriptions:

1. System Implementation & Integration

• Configure and integrate IoT devices, sensors, controllers, and gateways for smart facility or field systems

• Establish communication between edge devices and backend platforms using APIs, industrial protocols, or middleware

• Conduct functional and performance testing to verify data accuracy, communication stability, and safety compliance

1. Field Deployment & Commissioning

• Support on-site installation, setup, and system commissioning for projects such as weighbridge kiosks, monitoring, or automation systems

• Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and validation to ensure systems operate smoothly and meet project requirements

• Prepare technical documentation, including configuration records, wiring diagrams, and testing reports

1. Technical Coordination

• Collaborate with software, analytics, and project teams to ensure proper integration of field devices with applications

• Coordinate with vendors and engineering partners to review hardware specifications, SDKs, and API documentation for system compatibility

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering

• 1–2 years of experience in IoT, automation, instrumentation, or embedded systems integration (preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of network protocols such as Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP

• Familiar with serial or industrial communication standards like RS-485, Modbus, CAN, or I/O

• Able to use APIs or data exchange tools for connectivity testing and system integration
