Job Description

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within various industrial sectors, particularly those with complex waste streams, to drive significant revenue and volume growth.

• Build sustainable relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive and collaborative communication.

• Provide expert commercial and technical guidance on hazardous waste solutions.

• Develop comprehensive and persuasive quotations, proposals, and tender submissions that showcase organization’s expertise and competitive advantages in hazardous waste management

• Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and close sales agreements.

• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and operations departments to design and deliver tailored solutions for complex waste streams.

• Coordinate all on-site activities and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance are upheld at all times.

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and gather intelligence on key market trends in the Singapore toxic industrial waste landscape.

• Stay current with environmental regulations, including National Environment Agency (NEA) requirements and Basel Convention standards, to ensure all service offerings remain fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports and pipeline updates for all customers in the Salesforce system to ensure proper data integrity and accessibility.
