Responsibilities

Collaborate with Inside Sales colleagues to deliver best-in-class service and sales support across Asia Pacific (ASEAN, ANZ, Taiwan, Korea & India).
Identify major opportunities, gather insights, and develop strategies using available resources to close business and expand the account base.
Ensure accurate, timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue, maintaining CRM systems daily.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners; provide clear communication, influence internal decisions, and offer continuous feedback to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in sales support or handling end-to-end order processing in any industry.
Proficiency in Korean to communicate effectively with Korean-speaking counterparts.
