Snr Service Engineer/Assistant Manager (Radar/ECDIS/Navigation)- Up to $8000 - #1120901

• Position :Senior Service Engineer/Assistant Manager - MARINE/NAVIGATION/COMMUNICATION

• Location : Bulim Dr- Few bus stops from Boon Lay Interchange

• Working hours : 5 days/ (Monday- Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm)

• Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $8000 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave + Wellness benefit : Extra 2 days Annual Leave & $200 incentives if eligible.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for marine navigation and communication systems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues involving ECDIS, RADAR, AIS, GPS, VDR, autopilot, gyro compass, and integrated bridge systems.

• Assist in equipment installation, configuration, software updates, and calibrations of company and OEM systems.

• Collaborate with factory and OEMs to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, fault reports, and repair logs.

• Provide training to company Service partner, reseller and customer on company system.

• Setting up and maintaining training equipment, ensuring the equipment is operational readied available and update-to-date for training course.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marine Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• More than 3 years of experience in technical support or field service roles within the maritime industry.

• Senior or Assistant Managerial roles can be considered with experience more than 10 years in technical support, training and team leadership.

• Proven experience working with marine navigation systems from major OEMs or service providers.
