Responsibilities:
Handling of telephone and email enquiries
Customer Service Care (service / spare parts / customer feedback)
Serve Walk in Customer.
Scheduling of servicing appointment for Technicians/ Contractors.
To ensure all services / repairs are carried out in a timely and controlled manners.
To compile the Daily Service Order Record every fortnightly for feedback to management
Data Entry into system for warranty cards.
Any adhoc assignment given to you by the Management.
Job Requirements:
With 2 Years Relevant Experience
Able to join in short period
