In this full-time role based in the Tampines East Region, you will utilise your exceptional 3D visualization skills to design and deliver innovative interior concepts that elevate the customer experience across the company's restaurant and café portfolio.

What you'll be doing

• Develop cutting-edge 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate interior design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, translating the brand's vision into cohesive, functional and visually stunning interior spaces

• Collaborate closely with the F&B operations team to understand their requirements and translate them into practical, user-focused designs

• Manage budgets, timelines and procurement of materials to ensure successful project delivery

• Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior designers within the team

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's interior design standards

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience as an interior designer, with a strong focus on the F&B industry

• Exceptional 3D visualization and rendering skills using industry-standard software like SketchUp, 3DS Max or Lumion

• Proven track record of delivering innovative, brand-aligned interior design solutions for restaurant and café spaces

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets and multi-stakeholder expectations

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of F&B operations and customer experience

• Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to translate brand identity into cohesive spatial experiences

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
