Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute seasonal menus across retail products, pastries, and plated desserts, with cacao as the central theme.
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to uphold excellence in craft, consistency, and innovation.
Oversee kitchen operations, including costing, production workflow, and sustainability practices.
Drive R&D projects to explore new flavour pairings, textures, and dessert presentations.
Collaborate with the brand and front-of-house teams to bring creative food concepts to life.
Requirements
Preferably minimum 6 years of pastry and confectionery experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Background in fine dining or luxury hotels, with a passion for creativity and quality is a plus.
