Head Barista - #1120838

Responsibilities:

• Set and uphold high standards for drink quality and consistency.

• Develop seasonal drink specials and signature café beverages.

• Mentor and guide the barista team in technical skills and customer service.

• Ensure coffee equipment is cleaned, maintained, and calibrated regularly.

• Collaborate with marketing to promote new launches and customer favourites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a barista leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and brewing techniques.

• Passion for innovating with flavours, textures, and presentation.

• Effective leadership and communication skills to inspire a team.

What We Offer:

• Salary up to $3,500 gross, plus annual performance bonus.

• 6 off-days per month (weekday rest days).

• 9 hours per day, excluding meal breaks, based on roster.
