Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Prepare a wide variety of café dishes, from brunch items to fresh salads and house-made bakes.
Contribute to menu innovation, including seasonal offerings and special promotions.
Oversee food quality and consistency across all services.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen leadership role, preferably in a café, deli, or casual dining setting.
Strong culinary skills and familiarity with café-style cuisine.
Team-oriented leader with an eye for quality and efficiency.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary up to $4,200 gross, plus annual performance bonus.
6 off-days per month (weekday rest days).
Structured roster: 9.5 hours per day (excluding meal breaks).
