Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

• Prepare a wide variety of café dishes, from brunch items to fresh salads and house-made bakes.

• Contribute to menu innovation, including seasonal offerings and special promotions.

• Oversee food quality and consistency across all services.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen leadership role, preferably in a café, deli, or casual dining setting.

• Strong culinary skills and familiarity with café-style cuisine.

• Team-oriented leader with an eye for quality and efficiency.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
