About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Specialist, APAC to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will monitor regional order backlogs, collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams, and drive the timely fulfilment of orders to meet revenue targets.
This position requires strong coordination across Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient order processing within the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage regional order backlogs daily to ensure timely order release and alignment with revenue goals.
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Distributors, and Logistics teams to secure backlog acceptance and optimize order flow.
Ensure full compliance with medical device transaction requirements, local regulations, and company policies.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, backlog clearance, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the Order-to-Cash process regionally, maintaining adherence to financial and operational standards.
Manage returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and service standards.
Support Customer Service with order entry and fulfilment tasks when required.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Prepare and present operational and performance reports to regional management.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Order Fulfilment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order management systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
Proven experience managing order fulfilment and backlog processes, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP/order management systems.
