What you'll be doing?

• Lead the team: Act as SMC for emergencies, lead investigations, and troubleshoot incidents.

• Manage operations: Ensure smooth execution of all operations, process control, and emergency response.

• Coordinate maintenance: Support commissioning of industrial plant turnaround and planned maintenance.

• Ensure compliance: Lead team on compliance, manage audits, and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Develop team: Mentor and coach team members, initiate continuous improvement programs, and support talent and succession planning.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant terminal operations experience in a similar industry.

• Education: At least 3 GCE 'O' Level Credits (including a Science subject) or equivalent.

• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of terminal operations, products, equipment, and safety regulations.

Other Information:

• Salary: Basic $4,500–$6,500 + Fixed Shift Allowance $1,150 + AWS

• Work Location: Penjuru or Jurong Island (company transport from Jurong East MRT)

• Working Hours: 7:30am–7:30pm / 7:30pm–7:30am (2 days work, 2 days off), rotational shift
