Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the customer service team in handling order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workflow standards.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve order or product-related issues.

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high service quality.

• Monitor daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

• Plan manpower schedules and backup arrangements to support operational needs.

• Prepare reports on manpower, performance, and service efficiency for management review.
