Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating virtual teams across multiple regions to support customer implementation projects, focusing on onboarding and re-implementation of services.
Collaborate with departments including sales, operations, and IT to gather necessary information for seamless operational setup.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, updates, and responsive support throughout the implementation process.
Document business and system processes into comprehensive customer process documents.
Prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed on project status.
Oversee Hyper Care activities with operations, ensuring the stability of customer shipments during transitions in accordance with established protocols.
Collect and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities and refine documentation prior to handover to the program team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma with 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or coordination role, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Proficient in common office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with shifting priorities.
Proven collaboration skills in working with both direct and virtual teams across diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities to manage various deadlines effectively.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive experience.
Proactive in identifying issues and resolving them, escalating complex challenges when necessary.
Eagerness to learn new logistics software and a strong interest in automation.
