Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Handle company administrative
Process supermarket orders and follow up on deliveries
Perform data entry, including issuing tax invoices using accounting software
Register, organize, file, and maintain confidentiality of various documents
Organize company meetings and prepare minutes and related documents
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Must be a Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Good communication and coordination skills
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 1PM - 6PM (NEGOTIABLE)
行政兼销售助理
工作职责:
• 负责处理公司行政
• 协调各部门之间营运工作,包括与销售团队&司机团队&仓库团队之间提供协助
• 负责超市的订单以及跟进出货工作
• 进行数据输入,包括使用会计软件开具税务发票
• 各类文件的登记、整理、归档及保密工作
• 组织公司会议,做好会议记录等文件
• 处理领导安排的临时性事务等
任职要求:
• 需为新加坡公民 / 永久居民,年龄55岁以下
• 中英文听说读写流利
• 熟悉使用 Microsoft Excel 与 Word
• 具备良好的沟通与协调能力
工作时间:
• 星期一至星期五:1PM - 6PM (可商议)
