Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with redemption of gifts, vouchers, and promotions at the concierge counter

• Provide courteous and efficient service to shoppers, handling inquiries and requests professionally

• Support general concierge duties such as mall information, customer assistance, and administrative tasks

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Min GCE "N" Levels

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment

• Able to commit at least 3 days work per week (Inclusive of 1 weekend)
