5 Days, Office Hour
UP $3,800 Basic + Night shift Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage MAWB, HAWB, DG Declarations, and bills of lading with full regulatory compliance.
Act as the primary customer contact for bookings, tracking, and general support with proactive communication.
Coordinate with operations, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely and efficient shipment handling.
Handle customer complaints professionally and assist in accurate invoicing and billing resolution.
Support sales, maintain shipment records, and contribute to ongoing process and service improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, preferably in airfreight.
Proficient in freight documentation, customs procedures, and billing/invoicing systems.
