Manager, Business Partnership (FP&A)

Salary: $6,000/month | Contract: 6 months | Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with key divisions to support strategic and operational financial planning.

• Assist in monthly closings, forecasts, and budget exercises, consolidating data and developing reports with trend and variance analysis.

• Support fee review processes, highlighting impactful trends and variances.

• Provide decision support for project planning, procurement, contract awards, and management.

• Develop financial models and conduct business analysis to support strategic initiatives and critical financial decisions.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is an advantage - minimum 4 years of professional experience,

• Highly motivated, resourceful, and analytical self-starter.

• Able to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills.

• Relevant FP&A or business partnership experience is advantageous.
