Site Supervisor - #1120762

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site

2. Ensure all works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

3. Monitor work progress, manpower, materials and equipment to meet the project schedule.

4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site rules and housekeeping standards.

5. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site team; attend daily briefings and update site status.

6. Carry out site inspections, identify issues (quality, safety, schedule) and report them; follow up corrective actions.

7. Maintain site documentation: daily progress reports, material delivery logs, timesheets, site diaries.

8. Assist with resource planning (labour, plant, materials) and ensure proper utilisation.

9. Liaise with consultants, clients and other stakeholders as required.

10. Any other duties as directed by the Construction Manager.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:-

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering(equivalent experience).

2. Must Have Complete Skilled Worker or Multiskilled Worked

3. Proven experience in civil construction supervision.

4. Good communication and coordination skills.

5. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality control and safety practices.
