Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with authority requirements and project specifications.

• Review and propose technical solutions to design and site issues; plan, monitor, and report the progress of shop drawing production.

• Prepare technical submissions, including materials, construction methods, and Civil & Structural (C&S) shop drawings.

• Resolve construction-related issues on drawings in collaboration with Architectural and M&E teams as well as relevant authorities.

• Supervise a team of BIM Modelers to produce coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans (CBPs).

• Participate in tendering activities for new projects, providing technical input and design review.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with relevant design experience, preferably with a main contractor.

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore is an added advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the design and coordination of building projects.

• Prior experience in building projects.

• Well-versed in Singapore & British Design Standards.
