工作类型： 永久、全职、现场、5 天、5.5 天、夜班

业务部门：机械制造公司提供交钥匙制造服务：大幅面工程、制造和装配

工作职责：

• 使用数控机床阅读、解释和/或执行各种加工工作。

• 操作和设置数控机床。

• 需要时建议新的模具设计和对现有模具的修改。

• 准备和更新 CNC 程序。

• 确定并编程批量大小、机器速度等。

• 对所有机器进行机器故障排除和定期预防性维护。

• 检查输出以确保与规格的一致性并丢弃缺陷。

• 执行5S实践的清洁和维护。

职位需求：

• 至少 3 年 CAD/CAM 经验。

• 至少5年CNC加工经验。

• 具有微型精密零件制造经验。

Business Sector: Machinery Manufacturing Company provides Turnkey Manufacturing Services : Large Format Engineering, Fabrication & Assembly

Job Responsibilities:

• Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Machines.

• Operating and setup up CNC machines.

• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.

• Prepare and update CNC programs.

• Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.

• Perform machine troubleshooting and periodic preventive maintenance of all machines.

• Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.

• Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM.

• At least 5 years of CNC Machining experience.

• Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.
