ABOUT THE ROLE
The CONTACT CENTRE AGENT (employed by Terra Systems Pte Ltd) will be working in a dynamic, fast paced Contact Center environment. You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of enquiries from members of public (MOPs). You will endeavour to provide a high level of service to MOPs, supported by the Terra management team. A team player and a champion for customer happiness, you will go the extra mile to delight MOPs with insightful and accurate answers.

Type of Role: FULL TIME, WORK FROM OFFICE
Location: SINGAPORE (Tai Seng)
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Attend to enquiries, feedback & complaints via feedback forms, emails, calls, and live chat platforms
· Resolve MOP’s queries efficiently and within stipulated datelines
· Liaise with external stakeholders with regards to enquiries and feedback
· Escalate issues to the relevant internal line units and see to their resolution
· Practice the no wrong door policy and warm transfer MOPs to the correct government agency
· Contribute regularly to the Knowledge Management System
· Participate in daily systems testing to ensure a high level of systems uptime
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your Supervisor and Team leader
· Preferably able to start IMMEDIATELY
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience: At least 2 years in a call centre environment or customer service role
Education: Minimum DIPLOMA in any discipline
Languages: Fluent in English and a Mother Tongue language (spoken & written).
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents ONLY
Should be computer literate with fast typing skills
