Planning & Purchasing Executive

Location: Hillview
Contract: 1-year (no extension) + Completion Bonus: Up to 1 month’s salary
Salary: Up to $3,500 per month

Job Overview:
Join as a Planning Executive, where you’ll be responsible for coordinating material planning, purchasing activities, and ensuring smooth alignment between production schedules and inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing and material planning strategies to meet production and inventory goals.

• Create Purchase Requisitions and Production Orders using SAP.

• Monitor order progress and adjust delivery timelines to match production needs.

• Work closely with teams across manufacturing, engineering, and quality to resolve supply chain challenges.

• Analyse demand patterns and supply risks to anticipate potential issues.

• Ensure all planning and purchasing activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement.

• At least 2 years of experience in a planning or supply chain role.

• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel (minimum Pivot Table level).

• Able to thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks independently or in a team.

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Aviation, Offshore Marine, or Semiconductor industries preferred.
