Responsibilities
Attend to customer enquiries and complaints via phone and email, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Prepare and issue quotations, job orders, and service documents accurately.
Schedule and prioritize customer service requests efficiently.
Liaise with field service engineers, subcontractors, customers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely job completion.
Maintain accurate service history, reports, and records in the system.
Support the Service Manager with regular updates and customer reports.
Monitor recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Handle warranty claims, purchase requisitions, and shipping/delivery arrangements.
Coordinate schedules and assist with project and service documentation.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in service coordination, admin support, or customer service roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
