Workplace Event Executive (AV) | Changi Airport | Up to $3700 #5252 - #1120637

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $3700

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for event operations, overseeing AV setup, furniture arrangement, operable wall configuration, stage setup, and overall event coordination

• Ensure reinstated to its original condition after each event

• Work closely with the Facility Management Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely housekeeping, equipment reset, and venue readiness for the next booking

• Manage and track inventory of furniture, AV peripherals, and other event-related equipment. Propose replacements or upgrades as needed to maintain quality and functionality

• Provide timely support and coordination for any technical or AV-related issues during events

• Work with the Workplace Executive to manage the event schedule and coordinate with the AV team for preventive maintenance and timely issue resolution

• Must be able to support Workplace Services team in workplace operations during off-peak periods

Job Requirements:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Events Management, Media Technology, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in event operations, with hands-on experience in AV setup and intermediate troubleshooting of sound, projection, and conferencing systems

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage client expectations professionally

• Good IT literacy; comfortable with basic troubleshooting and system coordination

• AV certifications such as Dante Level 2 or Q-SYS Level 1 are an advantage

• Willing to work on weekends as part of event support requirements
