• Work location: Changi Airport

• Working hours: 5-6 days per week with rotating Morning & Afternoon shift hours (Staff transport will be provided for working beyond midnight)

They are currently seeking motivated individuals to join their airside operations team as Air Hub Lead Trainees, focusing on aircraft interior cleaning. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising cleaning activities to ensure aircraft cabins meet strict hygiene and presentation standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting turnaround schedules, and upholding safety and service quality across Singapore’s aviation hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate work schedule to the Operations Assistants, Drivers and Cleaning Teams

• Check aircraft movement, circular / notices from the incoming telexes issued by the airlines

• Provide information and assist the Duty Manager when there is any flight delay

• Ensure that OT hours for staff are raised accurately when they are entitled to

• Ensure proper handover of flight deployment status and key things to note (e.g. cleaning not done, VVIP handling etc.) to the next shift

• Perform any other related duty for which the staff is qualified and detailed to do so by his/her superior

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline OR Prior experience in aircraft interior cleaning operations

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
