Order Fulfilment Associate (Part Time) - #1120634

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate packing and dispatch of daily production runs to stores.

• Manage overall process of order fulfilment for website orders (same day, advance and catering orders) and third party orders to ensure timely and accurate packing and dispatch of orders.

• Assist in solving order fulfilment related issues.

• Help to reduce wastage of all order fulfilment-related inventory.

• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Have working experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary. Those without experience are welcome as training will be provided.

• Able to work a minimum of 18.5 hours per week (2-3 days per week).

• Working hours between 8.30am - 6.30pm.

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

• Able to use computer and printer.

• Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.

• Have good communication and able to work in a team.

• Hourly pay rates: $11 on weekdays & weekends and $14 on public holidays.

• Working location: 239 Pandan Loop #02-01, Food Concept @ Pandan, Singapore 128425.
