Desktop Engineer | Shift - Clementi [DAPH] - #1120623

Location: Clementi

Working Days: 5 Days per week & 2 weekend per month

SHIFT TIMING: 

Shift A  8AM - 5PM   
Shift B  9AM - 6PM  
Shift C  1.30PM - 10.30PM  
Shift D  8AM - 6.30PM (Weekend)

- Shift A, B, C during weekdays 
- Shift D during weekends

 

Responsibilities:

- Situated on site at customer’s premise to provide IT support for end users
- Provide Technical support for all end users devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices printers, and approved software
- Provide IT support for events if required
- Facilitate and provide technical / event support for the classroom, Lab, meeting room and other areas that have Audio Visual System.
- To oversee the day-to-day teaching facility operations, which include loan of portable devices, accessory and supplying of consumable items such as battery for wireless mic.


Requirements: 

- At least a Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT / Audio Visual related disciplines or equivalent;
- At least 1 years of relevant IT support experience
- Must have relevant technical IT expertise and skills.
- Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) clearly and converse in good conversational English.
- Must have good telephony skills.
- Must be good at problem solving.
- Must have good customer service attitude and skills.
- Must project a professional image when on duty.
